The house
Built into the rock face on the eastern cliff, the house is a single terrace with rooms set behind it. Nothing is stacked; nothing overlooks anything else.
There is no public road within five kilometres of the gate. Guests arrive by boat from the harbour or by the estate's own track, and the house prefers the boat.
Eight rooms, a kitchen that cooks what the morning brought in, and a swimming platform reached by a stair cut into the cliff.
