VIA MANAGEMENT LTD is a private reservations desk registered in England and Wales under company number 17357215. We arrange luxury hotel and residence placements directly with properties on behalf of clients.

2. Our service

Via Management acts as an intermediary between you and the hotels or residences we represent. We do not own, operate, or manage any of the properties. Our role is to source availability, communicate your requirements, and facilitate a confirmed booking directly with the house.

All enquiries are handled through WhatsApp or email. We do not display prices on our website; rates are confirmed on a per-request basis and are subject to the property's own pricing and availability.

3. Bookings and confirmations

A booking is only confirmed once you have received written confirmation from us and any required deposit or payment has been settled according to the arrangements we agree with you. Quotes are not guaranteed until the property has formally confirmed the reservation.

4. Payment

Payment terms vary by property and are disclosed at the time of booking. Some reservations may be payable directly to the hotel; others may be invoiced by us. We do not store payment card details on this website.

5. Cancellations and changes

Cancellation, amendment, and no-show policies are set by each individual property and will be communicated to you before a booking is confirmed. We will pass on any cancellation charges or penalties imposed by the property. We recommend travel insurance for all reservations.

6. Liability

Via Management is not liable for the acts, omissions, or service standards of any hotel, resort, or third-party supplier. Our liability is limited to the fees we have directly received for arranging the booking in question, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

7. Confidentiality

The properties, rates, and availability we share with you are confidential and intended solely for your personal or your organisation's travel planning. They may not be published, reproduced, or shared with third parties without our prior written consent.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including images, text, and branding, is owned by or licensed to VIA MANAGEMENT LTD and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. It may not be copied, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without our permission.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising from them shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version is always published on this page with the last-updated date at the top. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
